Introducing Wreckyr!!
This little guy is a good friend of mine's baby #5!! She loves my newborn photography so much, that she just keeps getting pregnant for me!! I thought it was very considerate of her. ;)
Ok, so you know I never use props, but I still loved how this one turned out.
Doesn't he have the best chubby cheeks?
Meet this adorable little guy, Mr. Graham...
Introducing Brittlyn!!
Brittlyn has a little girl cousin that's only a week older than her. I got to do her session, too. It's so fun to have cousins your own age.
Introducing Maddox!!
Maddox came in for a one pose mini session! I got him happy all snug and comfy on his belly and did as many shots as I could in that one pose.
Introducing Maya!
I just love all that dark hair!
Sometimes if a baby wakes up for a bit, I get to catch some funny expressions. Isn't she adorable?
The Merchant family welcomes a new baby boy!!
It was so close to Christmas and mom brought this little hat. I couldn't resist a little Christmas photo.
Meet the darling Miss Ellie!
Little Reese came to see me!
I just love this pose. It's like a sneak peek into their life before they were born.
Ellie's here!!
The Bryants live in my hometown, so while I was visiting my parents for Christmas, I got to go over and do some newborn photos for them!
Carson was one of my first newborn sessions! He was so sweet with his little sister.
Since it was the weekend before Christmas, we decided to do a few Christmas greenery photos.
Photographing 2 under 2 can be tricky, but didn't Jurni do such a good job with her new baby brother?? So adorable!
Those tiny fingers cradling squishy cheeks, those sweet little toes poking through a curled up little naked body of a new baby; these are the images most associated with newborn photography, but this is not your only option.
Most of the newborn images you'll find here on my website were photographed in my home studio. I have lots of tie backs, lighting equipment, blankets, bean bag, props, wraps, backdrop stands, and camera gear that I use to create these treasured images. But there is another option for those wanting a less posed look: newborn lifestyle sessions.
For a newborn lifestyle session, I come to your home with my camera only. We focus more on your baby within his/her environment, capturing the raw emotion of your family with your newborn baby. The posing is more relaxed, natural, and family focused. The background is your home whether it be your bedroom, nursery, living room, or even the kitchen.
Although lifestyle sessions are gaining popularity, studio sessions can be timeless and classic. The focus is on every little detail of your little one's face. I pose them in the most flattering way, so you can see these distinct characteristics that make your baby unique; characteristics that change as they grow and ones that stay the same all through their lives.
Both lifestyle and studio sessions are a beautiful way to celebrate and capture the very beginnings of your little one's life. Both have pros and cons and only you can decide which is best for you. Either way, I'm so honored to be a part of your celebration and hope to give you images that you and your family will cherish.
Introducing, Miss Steelie!!
Introducing Miss Graylie!
Look at that smile!!!
Guys. Let me introduce to you River. Isn't she just so perfect??
Her mom told me before the session that her favorite color was mustard. I knew right then and there that I had a new friend. I couldn't resist making a mustard tie back for Miss River. It's one of my favorites.
Introducing Harrison!!
And surprise!! It's a girl!! Meet Jacqueline, girl number six for Candice and Ronny! And isn't she beautiful!
I love spiky hair!
Meet Richard!!
Meet Loelle!
I have so many favorites from this session!
