Kellan Turns One ~Lubbock, Texas Birthday Photographer~
/Happy Birthday, Kellan!
Happy Birthday, Kellan!
Introducing, Little Miss Claire!
Ryker is celebrating his first birthday!! I sure love it when my newborns come back. I love seeing how much they've changed, yet how much they've stayed the same.
Check out his newborn session here!
The Peters Family!!
Little Liam is such a ham! No need for goofy jokes or anything. He just smiles perfectly on cue.
What a pair!
Going back and blogging this session is making me miss fall. The leaves, the cotton, it's just full of beauty. Meet the Campbell family!
Gracie and Cross, such darling little blondies!
Did I mention the cotton?? Makes me giddy!
I think this is my favorite pose, all curled up like still in the womb. Meet Jett!
Ryker, little angel baby!
He's got the roundest little face. So adorable!!
Check out that little smirk!
This beautiful girl is a little older than I normally photograph, 6 weeks! But she did so good and isn't she adorable?
Those sleepy eyes!
The Darling Little Miss Quinn!
This girl LOVED this little bed and Christmas ball. We had a hard time keeping them out of the photos.
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas, sweet girl!
Finn is welcomed to his family by 2 big brothers. I'm pretty sure mom's really busy these days.
Doesn't he have the prettiest face?

Happy 1st birthday, Nolan!!
Nolan didn't really like staying in one spot.
He was a tiny baby, born a few weeks early, but man, has he grown!!
It was a chilly rainy morning, so what do you do? Bring an umbrella!!
Lilly did such a great with her new little sister, Blakely! She was very curious as to everything, asking a lot of questions. It was fun having her around. And y'all, don't be shocked, but I'm LOVING these whites and off white.
Since the weather has been warming up, we decided to do their family photos in my backyard. I may have to do this more often.
I absolutely adore the Walden family and couldn't be more thrilled that they are expecting another baby girl in just a few months.
We had a lot planned for the session, but when there's an 18 month involved, plans tend to go out the window.
BUT like the unplanned moments the most.
Meet Miss Adelai! Isn't that the prettiest name?
You know I was excited when I saw that little bit of red hair. How gorgeous is that?
And that sweet smile with a little dimple showing!!
Austin and Sarah lived in San Angelo for a bit. We even have some mutual friends. It was nice to chat about my home town.
My family and I finally made a trip to Phoenix, AZ to see my best friend and her family a few weeks ago. Amanda has been my number one fan from the beginning and believed in me before I believed in myself. While we were there, we made sure to get her some family photos.
Kora is about a year younger than my oldest, but a few inches taller. I knew her since she was in her momma's belly.
Alyse is a little quiet, but once you get her talking, she has lots to say.
Oh Bella! She's such a hoot!
And then there's my pal, A.J.. He's just a few months younger than my youngest. They became fast friends.
Adam was so patient and helped us find this amazing location!!
We had such an awesome time in Phoenix, but going through these photos is making me miss them so much!! Thank you for such a great time, Hrybs!!
Jancee and Keenan are expecting twins!!
Jancee has been on bed rest for her little boys, Jack and Sam, for a while now, so she suggested we do her maternity session at her home. I wasn't too sure how I'd go about doing it, but I absolutely LOVE the way these turned out. I can't wait to do another at home maternity session. Any takers?
Don't they have the most adorable house?
Such a cute couple! I have a feeling they are going to have some beautiful babies!
Can't wait to meet you, Jack and Sam!!
My sister and her family!!!
As a Texas gal, I was quite shocked when the snow from our blizzard stayed on the ground so long. We had a few warmer days, but STILL that snow would not melt completely. This was a few weeks after the snowpocalyse!
A family session for the Morris was a MUST, snow or not. Allister left a few days after their session to start his new job in NorTh CaROLinA. What? Yep, my sister's family is leaving the Hub city for the scenery in the east. Can't say I blame them.
Isaac is just a few weeks younger than my oldest. He's got the cool man genes and rarely is seen without a hat. My boys LOVE having him over.
Zion has never known a stranger. I'm pretty sure she'll make friends quickly after their move. Heck, we can't go to the grocery store without her making a friend.
It wasn't much after this session that Elijah got his braces off. I might need to take him out for a little mini session to show off his new pearly whites.
Anybody got a clue what kind of tree sheds tennis balls? I'm going to try to talk Malachi into coming back to Tech when he finishes school. We've got plenty of room, kid!
Believe it or not, it's sometimes harder to get teens to smile for photos. And I'm not naming any names, but it's so nice when someone lets out a huge fart and makes everyone giggle.
Wish you guys all the best on your new adventure. We're going to miss you like CRAZY!!!
Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, oh GIRL!!!
To celebrate her 5th pregnancy, Autumn's family and I went out to do family portraits. Autumn is the proud mother of 4 handsome boys with little baby girl on her way.
Not but a week or 2 after we took these photos, baby Acapella made her arrival.
Congratulations to your family, Autumn!
Yes, those clouds are real, folks. But that didn't stop us from getting the Hazard family portrait session in. To Fort Concho it is!
Isn't George just a doll!
Ella had a little game that she played. She'd only give me serious looks when I had the camera out, but as soon as I put it away, she'd start giggling. She didn't know that the serious looks are my favorite anyway.
But we managed to get a couple smiles out of her!
