If you think little boy and girl twins are cute, check out their older brother and sister, 2 year old twins, Hazel and Harrison! The Wolcott family is taking "you've got your hands full" to a whole new level!! Hazel and Harrison were actually the first newborn twins I ever photographed! It was so fun to see them again as big siblings.

Clift Family ~Lubbock, Texas Family Photographer~

Blakely celebrates 6 months!! We had a hard time scheduling this session. The weather was NOT on our side. We finally picked a date and the weatherman was about 15 degrees off and we were FREEZING!! We didn't long and decided to try again another day.

Look how much she's changed?

Those pigtails are just too adorable!

Hadlee ~Lubbock, TX Newborn Photography~

I mentioned this idea of making a cotton wreath to Hadlee's mom hoping she had access to some cotton. Turns out, her husband's a cotton farmer and she LOVED the idea. I was beyond excited!! AND I'm THRILLED at how it turned out. I hope they do some cotton photos for Hadlee's first birthday, too.

Even though I'm not huge on props, this Santa hat photos is seriously one of my favorites ever.

During the session, I had this wild idea of making a hairpiece out of one of the cotton buds. So a went and grabbed my glue gun and threw it together real fast. I let mom keep it, but they left me a bunch of cotton so I can make another one. Now I just need a little girl in the studio!

Hazards ~West Texas Family Photographer~

Yes, those clouds are real, folks. But that didn't stop us from getting the Hazard family portrait session in. To Fort Concho it is!

Isn't George just a doll!

Ella had a little game that she played. She'd only give me serious looks when I had the camera out, but as soon as I put it away, she'd start giggling. She didn't know that the serious looks are my favorite anyway.

But we managed to get a couple smiles out of her!

Cole ~Lubbock, Texas Baby Photography~

Cole's story is one that just blesses my heart. It's an adoption story. It's one where a woman who knew they could give the baby growing in them a better life by making a difficult decision, did just that. It's one where a couple who wanted a baby so deeply, but physically could not have one got their dream come true. Cole. It means "people's victory". Isn't that just perfect?

We weren't able to schedule Cole's session until he was 4 weeks old. I normally like to do newborn sessions at 5-11 days old, so I, honestly, did not have very high expectations. He was awake for about an hour, but between white noise, swaddling, feeding, paci, rocking, you name it, it finally worked!

Got a little sleepy smile on this one!

Thanks for the cuddles, Cole!!
